- Obituary: EWELL A. RUSSELL Funeral for Ewell A. Russell, 62, of the North Elm community was at 2 p. m. Tuesday in the Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron with the Rev. W. H. Causey and the Rev. Ike Hargrove officiating. Burial was in the North Elm Cemetery near Cameron. Mr. Russell died Sunday in a Temple hospital after a short illness. He was born in Milam County and had lived there most of his life. He was a farmer.
