CAMERON RITES FOR JIM BARRETT Jim C. Barrett, 73, former Cameron resident and father of Johnnie Barrett of Cameron, died in a Dallas hospital Thursday, April 28, after a long illness. Mr. Barrett was a veteran of World War I. Funeral services were at 2:30 p. m. Sunday at Greens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Lee Brown and the Rev. J. E. Lafferty officiating. Burial was in North Elm Cemetery. Surviving are four sons, James Barrett of Wichita Falls, Chesley Barrett and Billy Barrett, both of Abilene, and Johnnie Barrett of Cameron; a sister, Mrs. Zanna Jordan of McCamey; and 19 grandchildren.
