OSWALD T. BROOKS Oswald T. Brooks, born July 8, 1906 in the Yarrellton community, died Thursday morning in a veterans hospital in Long Beach, California. He was the son of Lonnie Brooks and Annie Wheeler Brooks. Graveside service was held at 5 p. m. Saturday in the North Elm Cemetery, Rev. J. E. Lafferty officiating. He is survived by one sister-in-law, Mrs. Flake Brooks of Cameron and a number of nieces and nephews. Green Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. The Cameron Herald, 28 Mar 1974
