NEWS FROM MILANO Mrs. Verna Finney of Milano died Thursday evening in Rockdale after a prolonged illness. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. W. E. Thomas; her husband, Marion Finney of Milano; three sons, one daughter, two brothers and five sisters. Hewett Funeral Home of Temple had charge of funeral arrangements. Relatives here Sunday for the funeral of Mrs. Vera Finney were her two sons, F. Finney of New York and Charles of California; her sisters, Mrs. Bessie Elsenberg and son, Pat of Waco, Mrs. Lila Magill of Galena Park. The Cameron Herald, 30 May 1957
