MRS. MATTIE BELL LOCK Mrs. Mattie Bell Lock, 83, died in a Temple hospital Thursday morning. Funeral services for Mrs. Lock were 10 a. m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, Temple with the Rev. Ed Stewart officiating. Burial was in North Elm Cemetery. Mrs. Lock was reared in Yarrellton and attended schools there. She married William George Lock Dec. 9, 1917, at North Elm. He preceded her in death Feb. 15, 1967. She was preceded in death by a son G. W. Lock, Nov. 9, 1978, and by an infant daughter, Mary Lou Lock. She had been resident of Temple for the past 15 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church Temple. Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Measels, Mrs. Mary Philley, Mrs. Wilie May Rea, Mrs. Joyce Hitchman, all of Temple, and Mrs. Bell Copeland, of Salado, 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
