JOHNNIE RICHARDS Services for Johnnie Richards, 54, of Spring and formerly of Cameron were 2 p. m. Thursday in Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home with the Rev. Mack Brister officiating. Burial was in North Elm Cemetery. Mr. Richards died Monday in a Houston hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Milam County and was a plumber. Survivors are his widow, Maggie Richards, of Spring; a daughter, Darlene Walls of Houston; a brother, Henry Richards, of Cameron; a sister, Geraldine Tending, of Houston; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
