MRS. TESSIE RICHARDS Mrs. Tessie Richards, 76, of Rockdale died early Sunday in an Austin hospital after a short illness. The funeral was at 2 p. m. at Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale. The Rev. Dean Evens officiated. Burial was in the North Elm Cemetery near Cameron. Surviving are her husband, Roy V. Richards of Rockdale, two brothers, Alfred Bailey of Rockdale and Emmerson Bailey of Houston; two sisters, Mrs. Addie Mixon of Longview and Mrs. Lynie Bell Glover of Texas City; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
