  • Obituary: RITES WEDNESDAY FOR JOE SISA, 73 Joe Sisa, 73, died Sunday afternoon at his farm near Buckholts while working cattle. Funeral services were at 2 p. m. Wednesday at Marek Burns Funeral Home with Rev. F. J. Kostohryz of Temple officiating. Burial was in North Elm Cemetery. Sisa was born September 23, 1892 in Czechoslovakia and had lived in Milam County for the last 50 years. He was a veteran of World War I. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Matilda Sisa of Buckholts; one son, Clarence Sisa of Warner Robbins, Ga.; one daughter, Mrs. Clara Kunesh of Fort Worth; two brothers and four sisters, all living in Europe; and three grandchildren.
