Jim Lafferty officiated at a graveside service March 10 at North Elm Cemetery near Yarrellton. Marek, a homemaker, was born April 12, 1953 in Grand Rapids, Mich. to Burton and Alice Trader Dow. She is survived by her mother Alice Dow of Tallahassee, Fla.; son Leif Marek of Cameron; daughters Alicia Marek-Buck of Temple and Robin Marek of Rogers;; and sister Roxanne Dow of Tallahassee, Fla.
