Green Chapel of Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Cameron with the Rev. Richard Walters officiating. Burial will follow in North Elm Cemetery. Santopolo was born Oct. 6, 1936 in Cameron to Frank A. and Estelle McDonald Heugatter and was retired from the City of Houston Tax Office where she was a supervisor. Survivors include brother, Frank Donald Heugatter of Houston and sister, Patsy Ruth Beyer of Beaumont.
